Pint Night February 8 @ Tyler’s Raleigh

January 25th club meeting

Our meeting this month will be at Triangle Wine Company. They have a room we can use. They close at 9PM so our meeting this month will be from 6:30 to 9:00.

CARBOY Annual Holiday Party Dec. 17

The club’s annual Holiday Party will be on Saturday, December 17th at the Oxxford Hunt clubhouse in Cary, NC.

Club provides some of the basics — meats, utensils, etc. Everyone who can, bring a side or dessert and of course some good beer — homebrew, commercial or both.

November 23rd Meeting will be held at the Apex Beer Dispensary

Our monthly meeting for November will be held at the Apex Beer Dispensary on November 23rd starting at 7:00. PM.. Please feel free to browse the store walls and pick up a beer you have never tried or a few old favorites. Our November meeting is also a cheese and cracker meeting. Bring some homebrew, cheese and crackers to share. The address of the Beer Dispensary is 103-A E Chatham St, Apex. Please park on the surrounding streets.

As usual the meeting will start at 7PM. I plan on being there around 6:30 for those that want to show up early and buy a pint or two. We won’t have a guided tour but those that arrive early can take a self guided tour.

The plan is to have one of the owners give a brief talk about starting up the brewery. Hopefully this is of interest. Then we will get to normal club activities.

We will have a club sponsored tasting at the Beer Dispensary in Apex on Wednesday October 19 @ 7:00 PM. Tim, the owner of the Beer Dispensary will have many new releases available for us to sample.
