Mash at 149°F, 1 hour

1 Teaspoon Gypsum in Sparge

90 minute boil

1.25 Lb Cane Sugar in Boil
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 50 min.)
0.25 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
½ teaspoon Irish Moss (15 min)
