I think we are ok on basic staff volunteers, but we can accept any help and find a job for anyone who volunteers. I think as many of us as can should plan to be involved in the Beer delivery and sorting, Set up, and Tear down. I can pick up beers from any of the RTP locations and have a RAV-4 so I can fit a decent amount.
James- Tom Fransen volunteered to be the Assistant Cellar Master.

Here is the table people used at the the meeting to volunteer to bring tables and chairs. Adding the tables from this thread we have 16 tables. Chairs are a problem though. We are only up to 22 folding chairs and 4 camping chairs.

Going south on US 401 (Fayetteville Avenue), it is in a small group of stores on the left, shortly after you pass the John Heister Chevrolet dealership. Look for the "Brewery" sign (or 2) and make a u-turn.
Come early and enjoy some of former CARBOY member Rusty's great creations.
There are a pizza restaurant and a sushi restaurant in the same group of stores. They will bring them to the brewery for you.
