I think we are ok on basic staff volunteers, but we can accept any help and find a job for anyone who volunteers. I think as many of us as can should plan to be involved in the Beer delivery and sorting, Set up, and Tear down. I can pick up beers from any of the RTP locations and have a RAV-4 so I can fit a decent amount.

James- Tom Fransen volunteered to be the Assistant Cellar Master.

I will bring a 4 ft. table. Clouds has a few, I counted 6 but I don't know how many they will need for the event they are having that day.

With the move to Clouds, we'll need to source our own Tables and Chairs. If you have one or know a place that you can borrow a few (or more) ...

Current commitments: Tables 6' - 19; Chairs - 37

Standard rectangle banquet tables with folding legs, 6' or 8' lengths - ~17

example: Banquet Table

Metal folding chairs - ~60

CARBOY News / September CARBOY meeting
Last post by swmurph - September 15, 2021, 12:06:45 PM
The September CARBOY meeting is at Oaklyn Springs Brewery at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 22.

2912 N. Main Street, Suite 100
Fuquay-Varina, NC  27540
E  /
T  /  (919) 762-0049

Going south on US 401 (Fayetteville Avenue), it is in a small group of stores on the left, shortly after you pass the John Heister Chevrolet dealership. Look for the "Brewery" sign (or 2) and make a u-turn.

Come early and enjoy some of former CARBOY member Rusty's great creations.

There are a pizza restaurant and a sushi restaurant in the same group of stores. They will bring them to the brewery for you.
